It started with one party controlling the media. One party controlling the message. One party deciding what is the truth. One party censoring speech, and silencing opposition. One party dividing citizens into them and us. And calling their supporters to harass them. It started when good people turned a blind eye and let it happen. Although i will say it started long before it got to this stage.
Some time ago you will recall i mentioned the shift in the magnetic pole’s. I quoted my source and where he read the info. Thus was pleasantly surprised to read on MSN recently a post on the subject. It is for real, and is not unusual in earths history, with the pole’s shifting many times. Titled understanding the Magnetic Pole Shift. The Poles are not fixed in one place instead being determined by the Earths magnetic fields. . Currently the North magnetic Pole is drifting at a rapid pace moving 40Km a year. Given the rapidity of this event scientists are keen to understand its implication’s on both the planet and its inhabitants. Global warming?. One would have to think so ,but to the alternative view given the extremely cold winters experienced by the Northern Hemisphere these last 2 winters one could be forgiven for thinking otherwise. But think on. Fly low fly high. And there fore the cooler summers the southern hemisphere has experienced over the same time frame can be explained. I have noticed , being a regular reader of MSN, that there are more and more posts written dispelling man made climate change ,and the environmental effects of the tools being used to combat such happenings. This leads me to the ACT party’s Treaty Principles Bill. You will recall i got invited to the Lower Nth Is National party conference some time ago. I wrote about my efforts to re establish focus by National Party members on the RMA reform process which stalled after National took control, and of course Labour forgot all about, in particular The Principles of the Treaty of Waitangi. it is still my assertion that the Principles allows Govt Ministers of the day to interfere in the courts decision making process, and not about equality for all as ACT asserts. Thus this is the real reason behind the other 5 parties decision. It also explains the deliberate actions by national to stop the submitters from making submissions, also to shut down the hearings its self. Then to add cold water the NZ Herald refused to allow Hobsons Pledge to place a full page post in the paper shaming Prime minster Luxon and National for not listening to the people. Hundreds of 1000.s of submissions not heard.
I did a bit of work on Methane emission’s recently. As distinct from Peat bogs. (Carbon sequestration.) Did you no that the number 1 source of methane comes from swamps. World wide. And with the Nth pole shifting the perm a frost in the Artic, which is melting releasing mega amounts into the atmosphere. Yes not livestock. And livestock comes in distant 3rd . All there, just goggle it up. I was after the tonnages emitted but no luck there.
Thus why the emphasis here in NZ on Livestock?. It is not the market, although i did read in one of the farming mags that the NZ negotiators for a free trade with the EU insisted on such a clause. Why? I did pick up that there is to be no tariff on exports of indigenous people from NZ? sic Yes. Here in NZ we are and have been bombarded with all this wet land re generation, and the need to re establish, mostly for indigenous aquatic reasons. But. Surely the policy guys are aware of the extra methane emissions generated and the need to account for and the negative cost to the economy. My view .Yes. I also read on the front page of the Horowhenua Chronical 17th April , Associate Minister for the Environment , Andrew Hoggard saying the coalition Govt will make it easier to establish wetlands, vis the Natural Environment Act before the house. While i support such a need for RMA reform the devil will be in the detail. Thus encouraging farmers to create wetlands is counterproductive, not only to land use, there pockets and the economy. And the One Plan on Bio D rules. Have not come into effect yet, but sitting there ready to go.
Got to wonder what planet these guys live on. The RMA. The Principles of the Treaty of Waitangi. What will happen to that sec??? It is way past time the RMA got the boot. It is the most Used and abused legislation in NZ. My view, and it is based on my own legal experiences challenging the decision making process both at Regional and then District level. Both are described in this blog. Especially in the Environment court, where one would have to think that Judges have a understanding of the Act and are able to challenge the assertions of various legal council trying to subvert the intent of the act. But no. It is my view these Judges assisted the subversion of. Why?. And i have to say including the council for Federated Farmers. I exclude Beef and Lamb, for in the early yrs they said not our place to be involved????? It is all there to be read if you no where to look. Horrendous
Thus radicle Maoridom. Where do they fit into all this. Long term readers of this blog will have already formed a opinion. And who is assisting. Why the courts, and the very ministers we are electing to represent us.it is all described in this blog.
I note that Richard Prebble, who was appointed to the Waitangi tribunal, and quit in a blaze of media coverage, which was quickly forgotten. Caused a stir with his comments ,and then shut Radicle Maori and their mates in the Waitangi Tribunal up, with his statement. If the Chiefs did not no what they were signing at Waitangi in 1840. Then the treaty is null and void. International case law to enable such. Radicle Maori have not said a word of any consequence since. Hmmm. Minister for climate change says .We will continue planting pine forests for carbon sequestration, on land where it is a more productive use of than livestock. Well you have read recent posts, It is all a big sham, and in the mean time Govt is running around like headless chooks trying desperately to drum up $ from Singapore, tourism and where ever. NZ is the last place I would invest in. Cold hard facts. Investors need certainty, as Andrew Hoggard told Horowhenua Farmers last week. No certainty in NZ. Incidentally to back up my views. Comvita. Once the darling of Land Use Change. It,s share price pretty quickly hit $13 as investors rushed to get a piece of the gold rush and the “NEW” ???? . Well looked up its share price awhile ago. .30c Sheep and beef have bounced back from a rough couple of years $ wise. The Agricultural industry is no different from the financial scandals in the late 1980s, yes SWAPS. Theses financial instruments were foisted on unsuspecting farmers as the next best thing since ice cream and thus many took huge losses. Govt quickly took the opportunity to sell our banks, thus now the billions of $ in profits are shipped off to Aus. Govt never lets a good crisis go bye. Think i am cynical?. I am entitled to my view. And it is that NZ has been subject to deliberate economic sabotage for along time. Slow and gently so the public do not realise what is happening, although it is my belief that they are waking up.
Well i have said enough.
